Nicole Taylor, president and CEO of Silicon Valley Community Foundation, is gearing to bring the foundation past its history of workplace tumult and put the "community" back in the community foundation.
With Taylor's more than four months tenure into her new position, she makes sure that she could be as present internally as she needed to be, but also present externally. "And that's been a lot of juggling," she said.
Taylor is excited to start the new chapter of the foundation. They are planning to launch a strategic planning process and plan on being more inclusive. The process will involve outreach to staff, community members, donors, and civic leaders.
