Romy Drucker, a deputy director for the K-12 Education Program at the Walton Family Foundation, shares a speech she has given at the National Charter Schools Conference in July 2019.

Drucker's speech tells how it's time to provide students with the talent to be future leaders more opportunities to flourish.

She shares how the Walton Family Foundation is working to figure out how they can serve children better and how they can support schools in increasing economic mobility and equipping students to be life-long leaders, inventors and learners.
