Villanueva shares how he reconciles in moving philanthropy to a more equitable place and discusses how important it is for people of color to hold themselves accountable in terms of leadership and decolonize from the typical ideals of Western leadership.
Villanueva also appeals for people to move money and resources into communities of color and indigenous communities and invites folks to be bold in their positions, regardless of where they sit in the organization.
