General Catalyst's HATCo acquires Summa Health for $485.

MHATCo will spend a total of $550 million in capital funding to invest in technologies and innovation.

The residual cash, after closing adjustments, will fund a new, independently governed community foundation that will back targeted investment aimed at benefiting community health initiatives in the Greater Akron region.
