Amy Mangold is the president and CEO of the United Way of Southwestern Indiana.
Mangold worked as a news anchor and development director for TV stations in Evansville, Indiana.
She is a graduate of the University of Evansville and the Indiana University School of Philanthropy.
The United Way will continue to evolve and reassess and change along with the times, Mangold says.
