Part-time seasonal position supports the Professional Apprentice Program.
Responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with departments, and providing administrative support to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of stagecraft, production, or stage management.
Equity contracts is a plus.
