The Democracy Fund recently reported that its All by April campaign had helped move $268 million for election-related work.

Strategies include addressing election threats, encouraging voter turnout in key districts, strengthening the infrastructure that boosts civic engagement.

MacArthur President John Palfrey clarified that the new funding is a targeted response "to the moment, given the new challenges our country faces," and that MacArthur has also committed to an endowment payout of at least 6% for 2026.
