Eric Einhorn will serve as OperaDelaware's chief executive and artistic leader.
He will oversee the organization's artistic, administrative and operational functions.
OperaDel Delaware is best known for its performances and artist development programs.
The organization also plays an increasingly visible role in Wilmington's cultural economy, drawing audiences downtown, supporting local businesses and position Delaware as a destination for the performing arts.
